At Steele Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, then pack them securely in the original shipping bag.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once inspected at our warehouse.
